Tour Updates: The East Coast Learns How to Ride
I’m so excited because the “Ride Him Cowgirl” workshop tour that I began in Chicago March 20th has been doing extremely well! So far I’ve had 4 classes including one in Charlotte, NC, one in Atlanta Georgia and two in my hometown of Chicago! I have enjoyed working out with so many women and helping each and every one gain the confidence they need to get on top and ride without shame. One thing I didn’t expect though was to sweat so much during the classes and to get just as much of a workout as my students (lol)! I know I know, you look at the flier and the advertisement for this class and you don’t know what to expect, but I guarantee you this workshop is simply A WORKOUT! There won’t be any men that you have to gyrate on or any live sex happening. Just body movement, a ton of stretching and mind-to-body connection.
Being on top and riding in cowgirl position means that you have to put in WORK, and that work requires for several muscles to be engaged at the same time. If you’re not in shape, you will tap out in 30 seconds if you are asked to climb on top and ride your lover. So this class will teach you exercises to help strengthen your lower body and engage your core, and you will learn variations of cowgirl position that may be less taxing than the traditional position.
So here is the good news:
If you are a woman in the Washington DC, Philadelphia, New York City or Boston areas I AM COMING TO TEACH YOU HOW TO RIDE!
DC, Philly and NYC are already booked and tickets are available for purchase, but Boston is in the wings waiting to be placed on the books for April 30th.
